Overview
The Preferred Communities (PC) Program provides case management services to vulnerable refugee groups. Interns support clients with accessing benefits and services, and assist case managers with client-facing and administrative duties.
Tasks Summary
- Support clients with accessing needed benefits and services.
- Assist with client-facing duties such as attending medical appointments and providing guidance on public transportation.
- Assist with administrative duties such as referrals for additional services and file maintenance.
Experience Requirements
Experience working with vulnerable populations or in case management appreciated.
Qualification Requirements
Under/graduate level studies in social sciences, international relations, or a related field.
