Global Head of IT Service and Operations

Overview

The role is for a manager to lead the IT Service and Operations area, focusing on delivering globally efficient support to DRC end users and driving digital innovation for lasting value.

Tasks Summary

• Deliver an ambitious IT security programme.
• Drive consolidation of IT service management tools and processes.
• Bring data into the future with Power BI and AI adoption.
• Define operational plans for improvement across global infrastructure.
• Manage key vendors and optimise global IT licenses.
• Maintain global Microsoft 365 infrastructure.
• Attract and retain qualified IT staff.
• Engage as partner to stakeholders outside of the IT organisation.

Experience Requirements

• Managerial experience from similar position in IT Service Management.
• Customer focus and drive for cross cultural collaboration and engagement.
• Demonstrated ability in coaching and developing employees.
• Strong technical expertise.

Qualification Requirements

• A relevant academic degree.

Other Details

Languages Required: • Fluency in written and spoken English.

Languages Preferred: • Knowledge of French and Danish.

Contract Duration: Permanent.

Work Modality: flexibly work from home when the tasks do not require presence in the office.

Remuneration: Salary and conditions will be in accordance with the agreement between DRC and Lederaftalen (management agreement) which is available at lederne.dk.
