TEVETA intends to design, develop, and deploy a secure, fully functional Digital Question Bank System to modernize examination item management, enhance quality assurance, and streamline assessment processes. ILO will engage a qualified Consultant to provide end-to-end technical advisory support—from market analysis and specification finalization through procurement support and implementation oversight—ensuring value for money, data security, and alignment with national and international standards.
