Overview
Develop a framework for a comprehensive stepladder orientation programme for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their families, and create supporting materials. The role aims to enhance existing migration orientation programmes and capacitate duty-bearers to deliver more contextualized and coherent information.
Tasks Summary
- Develop a framework for a comprehensive stepladder orientation programme.
- Create supporting materials for the orientation programme.
- Conduct desk review of available materials.
- Establish coordination with relevant offices and stakeholders.
- Submit an inception report with a detailed workplan.
- Prepare and facilitate consultation or co-creation and validation workshops.
- Document workshops and submit activity reports.
- Draft final outputs including the framework, supporting materials, and implementation recommendations.
- Conduct final validation with senior officials.
- Submit final outputs incorporating feedback.
Experience Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise and relevant experience (at least 5 years) in the development and enhancement of adult learning materials and curriculum.
- Knowledge and experience in monitoring and evaluation is an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in the field of Philippine labour migration or migration and development is an advantage.
- Working knowledge and familiarity with migration orientation seminars for OFWs (PMOS, PEOS, PDOS, and PAOS) is an advantage.
Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development, or other related fields.
