- REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) Proposed Retrofit Works for Six (6) Health Care Facilities – Malampa Province, Vanuatu The World Health Organization (WHO), Country Liaison Office in Vanuatu, invites qualified and reputable construction companies to participate in the tender process for the retrofitting of six (6) health care facilities across Malampa Province, Vanuatu.
