Tender description: This procurement includes services for Stage Design Review on the Basic Design for improving the heating systems in 12 public facilities in Kumanovo, North Macedonia, and tender is formed into 2 lots: LOT 1 Elementary School “Tihomir Miloshevski” Skopje Elementary School “Strasho Pindzur” Skopje Kindergarten “Pampurche” Skopje Elementary School “Joakim Krchoski” Skopje Elementary School “Mirche Acev” Skopje Kindergarten “Detelinka” Skopje LOT 2 High School “Shaip Jusuf” Skopje High School “Saraj” Skopje Kindergarten “Kalinka” Skopje Elementary School “Naim Frasheri / Vuk Karadzic Kumanovo Public Health Institution “Zdravstven dom Kumanovo Kindergarten “Slavejce” Kumanovo UNOPS reserves the right to select different contractors for each lot, based on the results of evaluation. *** Design review process will take place throughout basic design development in a staged approach where design teams progressively submit design documentation for review at 30%, 60% and 90% development. Design review services will be performed simultaneously for all properties and delivery dates for all lots will be the same or similar. If submitting bids for more than one lot, Bidders should previously estimate if their own resources would allow performing the services for multiple properties in parallel, having in mind that if the same service provider is awarded multiple lots, their contract obligations will encompass delivering all the design reviews at the similar time. ----------------- IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal.
