Dear Sir/Madam, The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), established on December 14,1950 by the United Nations General Assembly, invites qualified suppliers to make a firm offer for the Provision of Generator Maintenance And Fuel Monitoring Device Installation Services Across UNHCR Offices as specified in this Request for proposal (RFP). PLEASE NOTE: As a result of this RFP UNHCR intends to establish Frame Agreement(s) for an initial period of [2] (two) year(s) with two possible to extend for the period of [1] one year(s). The establishment of a Frame Agreement does not represent a commitment that UNHCR will order any minimum quantity of the Services from the selected bidder. The successful bidder will be requested to maintain their quoted price for the duration of the Frame Agreement.
