REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) Development, Design and Printing of Information Sheets on Social Protection for Nepali Migrant Workers and Safe, Fair and Regular Labour Migration The ILO Country Office for Nepal invites qualified and interested companies to submit a request for quotation (RFQ) for the development, design, and printing of the information sheets on (i) Social Protection for Nepali Migrant Workers and (ii) Safe, Fair and Regular Labour Migration. The selected company/agency is required to accomplish the tasks as described in the Terms of Reference (ToR). Please follow the link for the ToR. Project Title: Partnership on Protecting and Promoting Rights of Nepali Migrant Workers including Care Migrant Workers (PPPR-MW Project), ILO Country Office for Nepal Purpose: Development, design, and printing of information sheets on (i) Social Protection for Nepali Migrant Workers and (ii) Safe, Fair and Regula Labour Migration Work Duration: 25 March 2026 to 20 April 2026 Deadline for Submission of Quotation: 18 March 2026 (Wednesday) Country and Provinces covered: Nepal, Bagmati Interested agencies are invited to submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) addressed to the Director, ILO Country Office for Nepal, Dhobighat, Nayabato, Lalitpur, containing “one copy of Company registration certificate, VAT registration, updated tax clearance certificate, CVs of key members who will be involved in the development of information sheets and copies of previous works similar to this assignments etc.” with a detailed breakdown of costs at the latest by Wednesday, 18 March 2026 (17:30 hrs) to ktm_procurement@ilo.org
