Overview

Support the migration of legacy content from Typo3 to the new Sitefinity CMS to ensure data integrity and improve information accessibility for staff.


Key Responsibilities
  • Audit and map existing content within the Typo3 Intranet for migration readiness.
  • Migrate approved text, documents, and media assets into the new Sitefinity environment.
  • Format and optimize migrated pages to ensure compliance with new CMS design templates and accessibility standards.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to verify link functionality and metadata accuracy.
Required Experience
  • Bachelors or equivalent;
  • Excellent digital skills – use of CMS platforms, familiarity with designing websites, usage of computers and office applications
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Typo3 and Sitefinity CMS platforms is desired
  • Excellent oral and written English language skills
  • Experience working for the UN or other international organizations is an asset
  • Excellent excellent drafting, formulation, reporting skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; culturally and socially sensitive; ability to work inclusively and collaboratively with a range of people;
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team of international and national personnel;
  • Solid overall computer literacy, including proficiency in various Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, among others), email, and internet; familiarity with database management; and office technology equipment;
  • Self-motivated, ability to work with minimum supervision; ability to work with tight deadlines;
  • Have affinity with or interest in digital production, websites and content development.
