Key Responsibilities

The ILO DWT/CO-New Delhi is seeking to engage a consultant to develop and pilot a comprehensive, gender-responsive methodology for assessing the comparability of skills and qualifications between India and selected provinces in Canada to a). Enable individuals to have their qualifications accurately assessed and recognized across jurisdictions. b).Help Canadian employers recruit qualified international candidates more effectively. C). Support both governments in formulating evidence-based labour market and immigration strategies. d). Promote fair recruitment practices and gender-responsive migration policies.
