Overview
The role aims to enhance the capacity of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine to strengthen processes and systems for the protection and support of victims and witnesses of war crimes and other international crimes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect information to identify specific needs and requirements of staff.
- Develop detailed process maps to illustrate current workflows.
- Support the launch, operation, and updating of the Information portal.
- Analyse data related to victim and witness protection and support.
- Cooperate with national and international organizations.
- Contribute to the design and development of systems and tools.
- Prepare analytical briefs and informational materials.
- Draft official documents.
Required Experience
- Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, systems development, digital solutions, or data analysis, preferably within the public sector, justice sector, or international development projects.
- Experience in mapping and analysing institutional processes and workflows.
- Experience contributing to the development or improvement of digital systems, databases, case management systems, or registries.
- Experience working with data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Experience cooperating with governmental institutions, civil society organizations, and/or international organizations.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Administration, Management, Information Systems and Technologies, Computer Science, Data Science or other related fields.
