Key Responsibilities

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) is inviting prospective bidders to submit proposals for a Turnkey Video Wall and Audio-Visual Solution for its new Orchestration Centre located in Copenhagen, Denmark. The selected provider will be responsible for the end-to-end design, delivery, installation, and integration of an LED video wall and a centralised touch-panel control system. This comprehensive solution must integrate seamlessly with UNFPA's existing Cisco video conferencing and Barco wireless content sharing systems to support both Supply Chain Orchestration and Analytics (SCOA) operations and standard conference room functions. Interested vendors are required to attend a mandatory site visit on one of the following scheduled dates: March 5, 2026; March 9, 2026; March 11, and an additional site visit is scheduled on March 17, 2026 The technical and financial bids must be electronically submitted by 12:00 PM (Copenhagen Time) on March 23, 2026.
