Overview
The Principal Integrity Specialist will lead an external investigation team within the Office of Anticorruption and Integrity, responsible for delivering high-quality investigative outcomes in ADB operations and activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of integrity-related cases and lead external investigation teams.
- Direct investigations following ADB's Investigation and Enforcement Framework, international best practices, and evidentiary standards.
- Oversee investigation reports and submissions to the Integrity Enforcement Committee.
- Provide strategic advice on investigation findings, enforcement options, and integrity risk mitigation.
- Ensure allocation of resources and prioritization of cases among investigators.
- Provide leadership, support, and guidance to reporting staff.
- Mentor investigators to strengthen investigative, analytical, and report-writing capabilities.
- Contribute to the strategic direction and planning of the Office of Anticorruption and Integrity.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of investigation policies and standard operating practices.
- Collaborate to strengthen preventive controls and integrity risk management frameworks.
- Support outreach and awareness-raising initiatives.
Required Experience
- At least 12 years of relevant professional experience including investigative work in fraud, corruption, and other integrity-related violations.
- International experience working in several countries.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing the work of others in a leadership or coordination role, such as project or team lead responsibilities.
Qualifications
• Master's degree in business administration, law, project management, finance, or related fields, or University degree and at least 5 years' experience directly relevant to the role.
