Overview
The Reporting Support role will focus on capturing and synthesizing program progress related to sustainable, competitive, and climate-resilient agriculture. The incumbent will ensure timely preparation of high-quality technical and progress reports, policy briefs, and knowledge products.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft regular reports in consultation with the Team leader, officers, and Lead Technical Officer (LTO).
- Prepare periodic reports, and final project reports.
- Support mission arrangements.
- Prepares and systematically updates project information material (Fact Sheets, FAQs, backgrounders, data tables), briefings, and presentations on the situation in coordination with other team members.
- Maintain a close collaboration with partners and PCMU to ensure a smooth exchange of information between stakeholders of the project.
- Maintain essential contacts with relevant sections at FAO office(s) and PCMU to facilitate timely and accurate information flow.
- Collect articles, case studies, best practices across projects for evidence gathering and
- Compile Articles, Case Studies and Success Stories as per the communication strategy of the project format so they are suitable for external audiences.
- Prepare regular reports on activities, outputs and outcomes and extract relevant reports as required.
Required Experience
Three years of experience in report writing or consolidation of project results.
Qualifications
Masters in English Studies, Business Administration / Management or another related field to the Organization
