This project empowers young people through creativity, cultural exchange, and social impact by uniting European volunteers with local youth to develop artistic talents, foster leadership, and create meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in creative projects, lead workshops in dance, music, theater, fashion, and visual arts.
- Support social inclusion initiatives, mentor disadvantaged youth through artistic and personal development.
- Organize community events – plan and participate in festivals, talent shows, and cultural activities.
- Encourage youth empowerment, help young Arubans build leadership, teamwork, and confidence, collaborate with local artists and educators.
