Overview
The Consultant Programme Assistant (MHPSS) will provide administrative and operational support to the MHPSS unit, focusing on data management, reporting, coordination, and logistical assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and compile activity data from MHPSS interventions and support report preparation.
- Maintain and update data tracking tools for MHPSS activities.
- Assist in managing MHPSS storage, tracking stock levels, and coordinating with the warehouse team.
- Support the implementation of MHPSS activities with administrative and logistical assistance.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics units for purchase requests and follow-up.
- Facilitate communication between the MHPSS unit and relevant internal teams.
- Ensure proper filing, record-keeping, and documentation of administrative processes.
- Promote and maintain confidentiality of beneficiary and project information.
- Assist in the continuous monitoring and evaluation of the program.
Required Experience
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience with secondary education.
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in liaising with governmental authorities, national/international institutions, United Nations agencies and non-governmental organizations.
- Experience working with at-risk community members.
- Experience in liaising with governmental and diplomatic authorities and stakeholders, working in international organizations, non-government, or government institutions/organization.
Qualifications
- Secondary education is required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
