Overview
Assist in the design and production of visual materials for reports, projects, and events, ensuring compliance with branding guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and production of annual reports, including concept development, layout, formatting, and final publication.
- Support the design and delivery of communication and visual materials for national and international projects and initiatives.
- Support the development, formatting, and visual enhancement of official documents, reports, and diplomatic correspondence.
- Produce visual materials for events, conferences, and engagements, including presentations, backdrops, and promotional materials.
- Support leadership with professional presentations, briefing materials, and visual content.
- Ensure compliance with MoFA and UNDP visual identity, branding, and publication guidelines.
- Support the development and maintenance of design templates, brand assets, and visual style systems.
- Coordinate printing, publication, and distribution with approved vendors.
- Create infographics, data visualizations, and creative layouts.
- Provide creative input and visual direction to enhance storytelling and communication materials.
- Contribute to the development of visual strategies for initiatives.
- Collaborate with departments, teams, and stakeholders to ensure coherent visual communication.
- Manage time-sensitive, high-profile, and confidential design assignments.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 5 years (with secondary education) or 2 years (with bachelor´s degree) of experience in Graphic Design.
- Experience in the Government and market in Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications
- Secondary education is required.
- University degree (Bachelor’s degree) in Graphic Design or Communications will be given due consideration, but is not a requirement.
