Overview

Support in HR data quality, analytics and reporting ensuring data integrity, preparing various analytics and reports, and maintaining dashboards. The role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and reporting on HR data to support informed decision making on HR processes and strategies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on HR data to support informed decision making on HR processes and strategies.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR data systems and tools to collect, store data and optimize data quality, as well as visualize data.
  • Providing training, coaching and support to HR users and the wider business on HR data & information management and HR systems.
  • Supporting organizational culture development through data collection and analysis.
Required Experience

A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible work experience in human resources, including working with HR information systems and HR data analytics is required. A completed university degree from an accredited institution will be counted as 4 years’ experience.

Qualifications

Completion of secondary education, preferably supplemented by technical courses related to the scope of the job is required. A university (Bachelor’s) degree in a relevant field is an asset.
