The Trade Infrastructure and Policy Specialist will lead the conceptualization, planning, and development of policy frameworks and strategic approaches for improving trade-related infrastructure under the EU4Commerce project.
Minimum 7 years (with Master’s) or 9 years (with Bachelor’s) of relevant professional experience in developing policy frameworks, business models, or feasibility studies for trade or infrastructure projects. Proven experience facilitating multi-stakeholder consultations and policy dialogues. Experience providing technical advice for project planning and infrastructure interventions, preferably in donor-funded or multilateral settings.
Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in International Trade, Economics, International Relations, Business Administration, or a closely related field. Bachelor’s Degree in the above fields, or a closely related field with an additional two (2) years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a Master's Degree.
