Overview
Define and execute the end-to-end product strategy for AI-enabled Sector Agents, ensuring seamless integration into the K360 platform and delivering measurable value to operational teams and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for knowledge and AI capabilities.
- Act as the primary steward of Sector knowledge quality and trust.
- Translate complex knowledge and AI use cases into clear product features and prioritized backlogs.
- Oversee requirements for model selection, retrieval sources, prompt orchestration, and multi-agent flows.
- Monitor agent performance using analytics.
- Define and validate high-value AI use cases.
- Partner with data, AI, and platform teams to ensure responsible AI practices.
- Lead continuous user discovery and testing.
- Lead product marketing for AI/Agentic AI solutions.
- Drive adoption and change management for AI features.
- Translate sector team needs to clear product requirements, features, and user journeys.
- Prioritize capabilities using data, user insights, and evolving business priorities.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand needs and challenges.
- Develop product KPIs.
- Actively monitor client needs, industry trends, Bank priorities, KPIs, and user feedback.
- Manage vendor engagements.
Required Experience
- Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager in a SAFe environment.
- Proven ability to define and execute an AI-driven product vision and roadmap.
- Strong understanding of AI product fundamentals.
- Experience working with multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Ability to articulate and prioritize AI use cases.
- Hands-on experience in PI Planning.
- Experience designing products that use RAG, multi-agent architectures, or workflow automation using LLMs.
- Ability to translate sector knowledge into AI ready workflows and features.
- Familiarity with responsible AI frameworks, human-in-the-loop design, and principles for governing automated reasoning systems.
- Experience developing adoption strategies, messaging, demos, narratives, and impact stories for AI products.
- Experience working with WBG operational platforms and workflows (preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching technology products in large-scale environments.
- Experience managing vendor engagements.
- Proven ability to collaborate with other team members across boundaries.
- Strong presentation and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) with 8 years of experience or a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
