Overview
This role provides specialized support and technical analysis for internal and external cash transfer coordination activities. The Senior CBT Programme Associate will act as a liaison and coordinator with all functional units involved in CBT activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support in the design, implementation, and monitoring of assistance programs.
- Implement and monitor corporate procedures for different assistance modalities.
- Support project management by liaising with government actors and strategic partners.
- Facilitate external coordination in relevant inter-agency platforms.
- Accompany procurement and supplier management processes.
- Contribute to programmatic planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Strengthen the capacities of field office staff, other units, and cooperating partners.
- Support internal coordination by facilitating technical spaces.
- Participate in inter-agency and sectoral coordination spaces.
- Supervise and monitor the administrative and financial aspects of programs.
Required Experience
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in the implementation of cash transfer programmes (CTP).
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in the management and/or coordination of humanitarian transfer programmes.
- Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint is mandatory.
Qualifications
- Completion of secondary education cycle.
- Desirable, a university degree in social sciences, development studies, economics, humanities, or similar fields.
