UNDP seeks Italian‑based service providers, or those able to operate in Italy, to deliver local support for event management services for the UNDP Rome Centre’s Earth Day High‑Level Event The selected provider shall complete event management services, including venue preparation, technical setup, guest management support, temporary tent infrastructure, and catering for the high-level institutional Earth Day event. Date of Event: 22 April 2026 Location: UNDP Rome Centre, Viale Guido Baccelli 86, 00153 Rome, Italy Expected attendance: 150 participants Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
