Supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and training for one (1) Mobile Operations Centre (MOC) / Mobile Command Centre Overall Configuration: One (1) complete Mobile Operations Centre configured as either: Option A – Self-propelled vehicle: 4 x4 right-hand-drive command vehicle (van, light/medium truck or similar) suitable for Seychelles’ narrow, winding roads and parking constraints; Option B – Towable trailer: Multi-axle command trailer designed to be towed by a suitable 4x4 truck (tow vehicle to be supplied if required). The Mobile Operations Centre (MOC) will function as a forward extension of the National Emergency Operations Centre (NEOC) operated by DRDM. It will provide a self-contained platform for incident command, multi-agency coordination, and real-time information management at or near affected areas, particularly along narrow, winding coastal and hillside roads where access is constrained and infrastructure is vulnerable to damage Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
