Overview
The role involves transitioning from an Excel-based reporting workflow to a structured, scalable, and centralized system using ActivityInfo, aiming to reduce manual processing, enhance data quality, and enable real-time monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Review existing reporting workflows and metadata structures.
- Develop and submit an Inception Report.
- Design and configure the ActivityInfo database architecture.
- Support the development of structured reporting forms and validation workflows.
- Support design standardized digital data-collection tools.
- Develop automated data transformation and integration workflows.
- Develop user manuals and system documentation.
- Prepare and deliver onboarding and training sessions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
- Develop basic analytics and reporting templates.
- Provide structured handover documentation and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.
Required Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in knowledge management, information management, or reporting, preferably in humanitarian or development contexts.
- Proven experience in developing and managing knowledge products and maintaining knowledge repositories.
- Experience with knowledge management tools and platforms.
- Good understanding of M&E frameworks and learning processes.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating knowledge-sharing activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Information Management, Knowledge Management, Social Sciences, International Development, or related field); Master’s degree is an asset
