Overview
Lead the digital transformation of IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. Manage data quality and process effectiveness and efficiency while optimizing performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ACQ digital transformation to drive NCIA delivery.
- Manage data quality and process effectiveness and efficiency while optimizing performance standards.
- Champion data management and ensure integrity and reliability of acquisition-related vendor master data.
- Drive inclusive catalytic collaboration across the organization - align objectives and maximize adoption of modern digital systems and practices.
Required Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in managing digital transformation projects and process improvement programs in a large complex environment, or 8 years post related experience.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic foresight, stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience in process and data management.
- Experience with project management and process automation, using a combination of ERP and best of breed tools.
- Knowledge of and experience with lifecycle acquisition, public procurement, service and project delivery.
- Strong experience managing teams.
- Experience working in a multinational environment.
Qualifications
• A Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline, or a Bachelor’s degree.
