Overview
Provides technical and operational support in digital communication, public information, and executive office coordination to strengthen the Office’s visibility and public image, and to ensure the smooth functioning of the Director’s Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update digital platforms (website, social media).
- Support drafting, editing, and dissemination of communication products in English.
- Coordinate content collection for internal and external dissemination.
- Liaise with external service providers for communication products.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Director’s Office.
- Support planning and organization of meetings, workshops, missions, and visits.
- Maintain records and documentation systems.
- Track and coordinate administrative tasks for Director’s Office workflows.
Required Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible experience in communication, digital media, administration, or executive/management support, preferably within the UN system or an international organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, public relations, digital media, business administration, or related field.
