Overview
This role plays a strategic part in shaping global responses to forced displacement for children by leading UNICEF’s learning and knowledge management agenda within the PROSPECTS Partnership and global migration and displacement work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and operationalize learning and knowledge management systems.
- Generate and synthesize evidence to inform global dialogue and flagship publications.
- Elevate learning through strategic dissemination, events, and digital platforms.
- Strengthen inclusive, participatory learning processes.
- Amplify youth and community voices.
- Support replication and scale-up of successful models.
- Serve as a focal point for selected country offices.
- Facilitate knowledge exchange.
- Anticipate technical assistance needs.
- Help translate global learning into practical, country-level impact.
Required Experience
- At least 8 years of progressively responsible professional work experience in international development.
- Designing, managing, and coordinating multi-sectoral programmes (e.g., protection, education, adolescent development, social protection).
- Managing complex multi-stakeholder partnerships, with proven ability to coordinate with multiple UN agencies, international organizations, and government counterparts.
Qualifications
• An Advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in Public Policy, International Development, International Law, Social Sciences, Economics, Education, or a related field is required.
