Overview
Review existing tools, prepare session plans, stage and manage inclusive sessions, and prepare a final report with recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review existing UNICEF Jamaica Country Office tools and prepare a plan for each session including interactive activities, promotional materials and pre-session information.
- Successfully stage and manage each of the 3 inclusive sessions including interactive activities to keep participants engaged.
- Prepare final, designed report and presentation to JCO and RO and presentation including recommendations, highlighting best practices.
Required Experience
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in facilitating workshops
- Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in education
