Invitation for bids for the construction and completion of Government Medical College, Teaching Hospital and Allied Buildings at Amravati on EPC basis.
Required Experience
- Historical Financial Performance: Submission of audited financial statements for the last 5 years. Minimum net worth for the last year should be positive.
- Average annual construction turnover: Minimum average annual construction turnover of Rs. 279.30 crores within the last 5 years.
- Financial Resources: Demonstrate financial resources meeting or exceeding Rs. 37.24 crore.
- Construction Experience: Participation in at least one contract completed within the last 5 years, similar to proposed works (e.g., 400 bedded Hospital & 80 seats medical college with receipt exceeding INR 297.92 crore), OR participation in at least two contracts completed within the last 5 years, similar to proposed works (e.g., 250 bedded Hospital & 50 seats medical college with receipt exceeding INR 186.20 crore).
