he ILO-DWT for South Asia and Country Office for India intends to engage the services of Event Management Agency to support the logistics for the meeting. The meeting will be held in from 21-22 May 2026 in Ranchi, Jharkhand. Interested Event Management Agencies are requested to submit their proposal to Ms Sudipta Bhadra (bhadra@ilo.org) with copy to Ms Vanita Manchanda (vanita@ilo.org) by 21 April 2026, as per attached Terms of Reference. Also, attached is the Financial proposal template.
