REQUEST FOR QUOTATION Provisioning of Residential Workshop Hosting Services. (Open for four star and above star category hotels in Negambo area) UNDP kindly requests your quotation for the provision of residential workshop hosting services for the UNODC SOM Regional Dialogue residential Workshop to be held in Sri Lanka from 7-8 May 2026. as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. Workshop Hosting services will include. Single Room Accommodation on Half Board Basis for 30pax from 6 to 9 May 2026. Full day conference including lunch and two tea breaks for 50pax from 7 & 8 May 2026. Kindly refer to the Annex1 for details. Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
