Key Responsibilities

The Industrial Relations Expert will design and deliver webinars on the Punjab Labour Code for Better Work factories, partner brands, and buyers, and conduct a focused capacity-building session for Better Work staff on minimum wage and related wage components. These activities will strengthen understanding of labour and wage compliance and enhance the capacity of staff and factory stakeholders. A concise report summarizing key topics, questions, and participant recommendations will be submitted upon completion of the agreed tasks
