Overview
The volunteer will support reforestation activities, seedling production, and monitoring of planted areas in protected areas. The role also involves logistical support for workshops and educational exchange activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ASPEm and ArmonÃa in reforestation activities.
- Assist in the production of seedlings in community nurseries.
- Contribute to monitoring planted areas and analyzing soil and environmental conditions.
- Participate in logistical support for workshops on forest fire prevention and control.
- Take part in exchange activities with local schools to share knowledge about native plants and conservation.
Required Experience
- A background in or studies related to fields such as Biology, Agronomy, or Forestry Engineering is valued.
- Knowledge of or interest in reforestation, environmental monitoring, sustainable land management, and climate resilience is appreciated.
