Overview
Lead a team of partnership managers to secure, develop, and deliver philanthropic partnerships that contribute income, influence, and impact to Oxfam GB’s strategic priorities.
Required Experience
- Experience of managing performance of others and helping people to develop, grow and achieve their potential.
- Proven track record of securing philanthropic/foundation income partnerships at a five and six (and preferably seven) figure level.
- Knowledge and understanding of the sector and trends in philanthropy and approaches to transformational change in international development programmes.
- Ability to budget and monitor income and expenditure.
