Background The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Papua New Guinea, under the newspaper strip advertisement services to support public awareness and anti-corruption messaging activities led in collaboration with the The advertisements are planned to be published over a defined period in 2026 and must be completed within the project closure timeline. The objective of this RFQ is to obtain firm quotations from eligible newspaper service providers operating in Papua New Guinea for the placement of strip advertisements, in order to: Ensure compliance with UNDP procurement principles; Confirm value for money; Identify a qualified service provider that meets the technical and commercial requirements. The selected service provider will be required to provide the following services: Placement of strip advertisements in printed newspapers; Publication period: 1 May 2026 to 31 December 2026; Frequency: As per UNDP/ICAC agreed media plan (to be shared with the selected vendor); Nationwide circulation as per the newspaper’s standard distribution; Compliance with UNDP branding and visibility requirements.
