Overview
Support a digital campaign for a Youth-centered Dialogue on Business and Human Rights and the Environment in West Java by publishing social media posts and recording engagement metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Publish 2 social media posts each on personal, public Instagram accounts using the official event hashtag (1 pre-event, 1 post-event).
- Develop personalized captions for each post based on provided key bullet points, templates, and Calls to Action (CTA).
- Record views and engagement (likes, comments etc.) in provided monitoring sheets.
- Participate in a mandatory, short orientation session prior to campaign rollout.
Required Experience
- Background in community engagement, campaigning or advocating for social issues in Indonesia, particularly on the Business and Human Rights agenda, and/or sustainability and responsible business conduct initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the issues highlighted and ability to translate and communicate in a way that resonates with younger audiences.
- Familiarity with social media analytics, tools, and channels.
