Overview

The Programme Management Intern will support the Office of the Secretariat of the UN Secretary-General’s Special Envoy for Road Safety in Geneva by undertaking research, drafting communications, and assisting with various activities to raise visibility of road safety.


Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake research to support identification of potential partners and to inform activities of the Special Envoy;
  • Draft articles, briefing notes and other outreach communications to help raise visibility of the global road safety crisis;
  • Undertake research on initiatives that illustrate the nexus between road safety and other SDGs;
  • Support the events, campaigns, projects and activities planned for the Special Envoy;
  • Support the relevant activities on social media;
  • Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications
  • be enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher);
  • or be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum Bachelor's level or equivalent).

Remuneration
