Overview
The Programme Management Intern will support the Office of the Secretariat of the UN Secretary-General’s Special Envoy for Road Safety in Geneva by undertaking research, drafting communications, and assisting with various activities to raise visibility of road safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake research to support identification of potential partners and to inform activities of the Special Envoy;
- Draft articles, briefing notes and other outreach communications to help raise visibility of the global road safety crisis;
- Undertake research on initiatives that illustrate the nexus between road safety and other SDGs;
- Support the events, campaigns, projects and activities planned for the Special Envoy;
- Support the relevant activities on social media;
- Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications
- be enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher);
- or be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum Bachelor's level or equivalent).
