Overview

The CP & GBV Case Management Assistant supports the delivery of quality case management services for vulnerable children, adolescents, women, and survivors of GBV. The role assists in case intake, assessments, safety planning, referrals, follow‑up, documentation, and maintaining confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, conduct, and monitor CP & GBV activities, including PSS sessions, Girl Shine, awareness sessions, SSWG activities, and supervision of women leaders.
  • Provide survivor‑centred GBV case management, including safe intake, documentation, action planning, referrals, and strict confidentiality.
  • Track, document, and report CP & GBV cases and activities, ensuring accurate monthly data submission and regular follow‑ups.
  • Ensure strong data protection mechanisms and secure management of sensitive children’s information.
  • Coordinate implementation of CP activities, including community‑based child protection mechanisms and adolescent and youth clubs.
  • Work with partners and inter‑agency CP/GBV working groups to ensure compliance with CPiE, GBV, and WVI standards.
  • Arrange case review meetings with GBV and CP officer.
  • Make timely consent based interagency referrals for survivors and follow-up.
  • Participate in interagency case review meetings.
  • Follow-up with service providers, community‑based support groups and survivors.
  • Coordinate home visits by outreach volunteers.
  • Maintain collaboration and cooperation with prevention team.
  • Strengthen and maintain networks with community leaders, women leaders, service providers and camp management.
  • Participate in psychosocial assessment of women and support group therapy and psycho education activities.
  • Deliver ongoing mentorship to outreach volunteers.
  • Identify and build the capacity of community‑based groups to provide ongoing psychosocial support.
  • Participate in capacity building of other service providers and community‑based structures.
  • Conduct capacity building training with Volunteer and Facilitator.
Required Experience

Minimum of 3 years working experiences in the relevant field.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferably in any discipline preferably in Social science/Social work / Psychology/. Post graduate degree
