EMR Application Support Specialist

Overview

Recruit an experienced EMR System Support Specialist to ensure smooth system operations, provide end-user support, and facilitate effective collaboration between technical and functional teams for the EMR system implementation.

Required Experience

Minimum 4 years of proven experience in system/application support, preferably with EMR or healthcare systems. Strong skills in troubleshooting, issue tracking, and system testing. Very good knowledge in developing complex SQL queries using SQL Server. Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.) for issue and request tracking. Familiarity with DevOps practices for release management, testing, and deployment coordination.

Qualifications

A university degree in information technology or related field.
