Overview

The Technical Clerk for the Strengthening of Academic Programs will be responsible for technical and operational aspects to achieve expected results and goals, focusing on information management, document control, and supporting academic programs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and update databases and files for active master's programs, organizing physical and digital information and preparing statistical reports.
  • Support the preparation and review of documentation for calls for applications prior to publication.
  • Monitor master's programs before the submission of academic and financial reports.
  • Review academic and financial reports according to the deliverables established in the Work Plan.
  • Manage administrative files for processing payments for master's programs.
  • Orient and attend to beneficiaries, providing information on deliverables for current master's programs.
  • Prepare responses to written requests sent via email or note by the coordination of master's programs.
Required Experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience with a complete secondary education in operational or administrative management, follow-up of scientific projects, or research experience.
  • Experience is not required with a complete university degree.
Qualifications
  • Complete secondary education is required or
  • University studies (Bachelor's Degree) in Public Administration, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Natural, Exact and Technological Sciences, Engineering, or related fields, will be given due consideration, but is not a requirement.
