Overview

The consultant will support the development, adaptation, and design of Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) assets, interventions, and advocacy resources related to health and immunization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and adapting content for SBC resources and interventions.
  • Designing and formatting SBC interventions, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with UNICEF branding and quality standards.
  • Translating technical concepts into user-friendly, audience-appropriate formats.
  • Supporting the development of visual assets (e.g., infographics, templates, slide decks) to enhance understanding and usability of materials.
  • Reviewing and improving existing materials to ensure coherence, accuracy, and usability.
  • Incorporating feedback from internal and external stakeholders into content and design products.
Required Experience
  • At least 5 years of work experience in social and behaviour change communication for immunization and other health topics.
  • Proven experience in developing visual assets and using design softwares (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, etc.).
  • Proven familiarity and experience working with the UN (ideally with UNICEF).
  • Proven experience using Canva.
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social and Behaviour Science, Social Communication, Design or related field.
