Overview

Experienced IT Team and Project Lead to manage a team and portfolio of digital solutions in the Human Resources domain, focusing on modernization and process transformation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and leading a multidisciplinary team delivering HR solutions based mainly on Java technologies and the ServiceNow platform.
  • Overseeing a portfolio of HR projects and solutions, with a focus on modernization, automation, continuous improvement and business value.
  • Contributing to portfolio and program-level activities, including planning, prioritization, roadmaps, dependency management and resource allocation.
  • Working closely with HR stakeholders to analyse, redesign and optimize HR processes, translating business needs into actionable digital initiatives.
  • Steering the modernization, evolution, replacement or creation of solutions, including automation through Java and ServiceNow capabilities, such as HRSD and custom applications.
  • Ensuring coherence and integration between Java-based applications and ServiceNow solutions.
  • Supporting SAFe activities such as PI Planning, portfolio reviews and inspect & adapt sessions.
  • Ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in line with quality, security, data protection and corporate IT standards.
  • Coordinating with architects, DevOps and operations teams to deliver modern, efficient, maintainable and sustainable solutions.
  • Supporting change management related to process and system transformations.
Required Experience

Proven experience managing IT teams and portfolios of projects or solutions in a SAFe or similar scaled agile framework. Strong experience in business process modernization, optimization and automation. Solid understanding of Java-based solutions and the ServiceNow platform, including HRSD and/or custom applications. Experience working with epics, features, backlogs and roadmaps in an agile context. Familiarity with DevOps, service management, operational constraints, security, compliance and data protection requirements, especially in HR systems. Strong people management and servant leadership skills in an agile context. Excellent communication and facilitation skills with business and IT stakeholders. Structured and analytical mindset, able to prioritize, arbitrate and manage dependencies. Change-oriented, value-driven approach aligned with continuous improvement. Ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-team and multi-stakeholder environments. Autonomy, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
