Overview
Provide technical support to the Ministry of Health of Montenegro in reviewing the implementation of the Action Plan for 2025-2026 and facilitating the development and finalization of the Action Plan for 2027 for the Early Childhood Development Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting data and preparing a report on the implementation of the Action Plan for 2025-2026, including organizing meetings and consultations with working group members, gathering relevant information and summarizing progress of planned activities and achievement of indicators.
- Providing technical support to the development of the Action Plan for 2027, including organizing meetings and consultations with working group members to define priority activities and indicators of achievement within the ECD Strategy 2023-2027 and facilitating a two-day workshop with the working group members.
- Preparing a final consultancy report in either local language or English and approved by UNICEF.
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in developing strategies and/or action plans, preferably in health, education or social sciences; Experience in data collection, analysis and report writing; Strong knowledge of early childhood development and related policies and services.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in legal studies, social sciences or a related relevant field
