Overview
Provide technical, coordination, and monitoring support to the implementation of AIC and CFS interventions in Huila and Cunene provinces, including coordination with education authorities, monitoring, data management, and documentation of results and lessons learned.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical, coordination, and monitoring support to the implementation of AIC and CFS interventions in Huíla and Cunene provinces.
- Support quality implementation of AIC, CFS, and the new Libraries without Walls component.
- Liaise closely with provincial and municipal education authorities, school leaders and communities on how best to adapt and operationalize the intervention in the target schools.
- Support identification of needs, set-up modalities, community engagement approaches, and appropriate monitoring mechanisms.
- Support effective coordination, monitoring, and implementation follow-up.
- Support planning and coordination.
- Provide capacity building and technical support.
- Support monitoring, data systems, and quality assurance.
- Provide community engagement and SBC support.
- Support knowledge management and reporting.
- Support donor engagement.
Required Experience
- 3 years of experience with Education programs
- Previous experience managing education projects
- Previous experience with the United Nations System
- Experience working with government counterparts
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s - Education, social studies or other related/relevant fields
