Overview
The Field Implementation Specialist supports the effective delivery of project interventions at the field level by providing technical, operational, and coordination support to ensure timely and results-based implementation of project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure results-based implementation of field activities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on implementation progress.
- Provide technical expertise and advisory support to partners.
- Contribute to the design and operationalization of project interventions.
- Facilitate capacity development initiatives.
- Strengthen coordination and partnerships.
- Lead field-level stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Represent the project in coordination platforms.
- Promote and ensure compliance with UN and FAO standards.
- Support data management, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Contribute to knowledge management and learning.
- Perform other duties as required.
Required Experience
At least five (5) years of relevant experience in field-level project implementation and technical support, preferably in agriculture, agribusiness, or rural/agricultural development programmes.
Qualifications
University degree in the field of Agriculture, Agribusiness, Community Development/Organizing, Development Studies or other related fields.
