Overview

Supports the development, management, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of education programmes/projects, focusing on systems and institutional strengthening to improve access for vulnerable groups, especially adolescent girls and children with disabilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support programme development and planning with reference to systems and institutional strengthening, including formal and non-formal pathways for out-of-school children and those at risk of dropping out.
  • Manage, monitor, and deliver results for education programmes.
  • Provide technical and operational support to programme implementation.
  • Build networks, collaborations, and partnerships.
  • Drive innovations in safe school spaces and alternative pathways, knowledge management, and capacity building.
Required Experience

At least 5 years of relevant work experience in education, education programme management, education systems strengthening, inclusive education, adolescent education, girls education, monitoring and evaluation, education policy, partnership development, capacity building, education in emergencies, education access, programme planning, management, research in education.

Qualifications

Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) in Education, economics, psychology, sociology, international development, public policy, social policy, statistics, gender studies, development studies and any other related fields.
