Consultant(Trainer) CSTII,Kampala

Overview

The Consultant (Trainer) will prepare and deliver training sessions in identified countries, coordinating with stakeholders on training preparation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scoping missions in selected countries and identify needs and gaps across Global Fleet workforce and operations.
• Advise stakeholders in selected countries in designing and executing capacity strengthening activities for TTC training topics.
• Prepare and deliver training on fleet management, workshop management, driver training and overall HGV/LV maintenance.
• Contribute to the development of training content closely with relevant stakeholders and support the implementation of activities.
• Provide continuous coaching and technical advice to stakeholders to enable successful implementation of capacity strengthening activities.
• Prepare reports timely on the delivery and impact of the training and related activities.

Required Experience

At least 6 years of progressively responsible experience in training; Demonstrated excellence in capacity strengthening initiatives; Experience in Fleet management, Supply Chain. International experience in the field of fleet management; Experience in managing fleets and workshops; Strong knowledge of Fleet Management Systems; Knowledge of transport tracking system; Good understanding of end-to-end supply chains; Proficiency in MS Office in particular of MS Excel; Data driven and able to interpret data quickly, and to recommend improvements; Able to work in a team environment and in client facing roles; Result oriented and capable of working under time pressure.

Qualifications

Completion of University Degree in Mechanical, Automobile or Electrical/Electronical Engineering or in related functional area.
