Provide technical, analytical, and operational support to the Samoa MCO’s environment and climate change programmes, strengthening project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
3 years Donor priorities - Nationality Candidate must be a national of a country other than the country of assignment. Additional eligibility criteria This assignment is funded by JICA, therefore only former Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers (JICA-JOCV) recommended by the JICA-JOCV Secretariat are eligible to apply. Experience supporting the implementation and monitoring of environmental and climate change projects, preferably including those funded by international or bilateral partners. Ability to assist with project planning, reporting, workplan preparation, and coordination. Good research and analytical skills. Experience in supporting workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder consultations. Good organizational and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in in all disciplines are considered
