Overview
The Monitoring and Evaluation Analyst will support and contribute to the results-based monitoring framework and strategies, and operationalize the monitoring and evaluation plan and related systems. The role will have a key technical function in enhancing the quality of results tracking and reporting and in strengthening institutional monitoring and evaluation capacities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the establishment of a robust Monitoring and Evaluation framework under the Country Programme Document.
- Support the elaboration of the Annual Work Plan (AWP), Result-oriented annual reporting (ROAR).
- Provide technical support on Results-Based Management (RBM) and Monitoring & Evaluation.
- Support quality assurance (ex, PQA, Project Quality Assurance) of the results frameworks.
- Promote evidence-based programming.
- Ensure availability of data to feed into corporate dashboards and monitoring systems.
- Support the design and implementation of thematic evaluations and end-of-programme evaluation.
- Assist in sharing knowledge of results, lessons, and experiences.
- Support and participate in the United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework M&E working group meetings.
Required Experience

- Demonstrated interest or experience (up to 12 months): Experience around results-based management, monitoring and evaluation, statistics, and/or research methodologies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in (currently enrolled or recent graduate) social science, economics, public health, public administration or related field.
