Overview
Manage the public portal of the Register of Museum Funds of Ukraine, ensuring systematic administration, content updates, and coordination among stakeholders for digital transformation of the cultural sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and regularly update portal content.
- Plan and manage content production (articles, news, quizzes, descriptions).
- Structure, edit, and publish multimedia materials.
- Develop a comprehensive content model for the portal.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and relevance of published information.
- Maintain content quality and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility, UX/UI, open data, and copyright requirements.
- Prepare analytical reports on portal performance and user engagement.
- Analyze user interaction data.
- Develop recommendations for content strategy improvement.
- Support decision-making for portal development.
- Align the content plan with communications plan.
- Maintain regular meetings with communications team to explore cross-posting opportunities.
- Coordinate with IT cluster to support API development and integration.
- Coordinate with IT cluster to support database architecture.
- Coordinate with IT cluster to support data migration from legacy systems.
- Coordinate with IT cluster to support on system architecture and technical implementation.
- Support redesign and modernization of the portal interface.
- Ensure consistency of branding and communication standards.
Required Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in content management, digital communications, or web administration.
- Experience in content creation and publishing.
- Experience working with stakeholders (government, museums, experts, IT teams).
- Understanding of UX/UI, accessibility, open data, and copyright principles.
- Experience with analytics tools is an asset.
- Experience in the cultural sector is an asset.
- Basic principles of API integration and database management desirable.
Qualifications
• Higher education.
